    I suggest that you do the below and if these two methods don't work then your laptops Wi-Fi/BT card is faulty and needs replacing. It would help if you told us the laptop model number as then we can suggest other cards suitable for your laptop. First try to do a Wi-Fi driver refresh like below;

    Go to > Device Manager > Network adapters > Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.

    If the above doesn't work, go to your laptops model Acer Manual and Drivers support page and download the oem Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driers and uninstall all the previous drivers in Device Manger and in Control Panel for the Bluetooth driver and reinstall the oem drivers as the WLAN driver is corrupted. Afterwards windows update will update the appropriate and latest drivers for your device. If all this still does not fix the Wi-Fi connection then its the Intel AX201 card needs replacing. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

    Hi, in Device Manager-Network adapters, uninstall the Intel AX201 driver and in Other devices uninstall all 8 devices as these are not for your PC. Just reboot don't install anything and reset network in Windows:

    What computer do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. Your Device Manager image shows that you have several devices without proper drivers installed. You might have a hardware issue with the AX201, but it might just be an underlying driver that is missing.
