Acer Aspire A515-58GM random crashes after two months, error code 'dxdiag'

I currently have an Acer Aspire A515-58GM, pretty fresh, bought it like 2 months ago. The problem I experience is that it'll just crash out of nowhere, whether I'm using word, going through google, or even just leave it be idling, it'll just show up. I've had these problems quite a lot ever since the first few days of me buying it. And once I was able to get a glimpse of what the error code said, it was something that said "dxdiag", however those were the crashes before, I'm not sure about it now.

Just crashed again, I now saw that the error message contained "DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR"

Try to update the GPU driver.

My GPU is already updated, I have the NVIDIA Studio Driver 566.36 on. It still crashes very often.

If you have any important data, back it up in cloud storage or a USB. Then try to factory reset the laptop using the Reset this PC function.

Would doing this remove the Windows 11 Subscription and Microsoft Office 365 that was included when I bought it?

No, resetting this PC function will restore the laptop to its original state (after unboxing).

Make sure that you first have the latest Win-11 24H2 version installed and all the windows updates to the last OS build 26100.2894. Afterwards, install the last bios version 1.62 - which applies the updates to the microcode and applies the Insyde patch for the WD SSD retention. And then the NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX™2050 Win-11 GeForce Game Ready Driver Version: 566.36 which you already have installed, as after doing all these updates your laptop should work perfectly and not crash again. if it still crashes then its got hardware issues that you should send/take your laptop to Acer support so that they can fix the laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out!
