Acer Nitro AN17-42 Refurbished Support?

So having difficulty with Acer Phone support.
Basically I have an Acer Nitro AN17-42 it is performing well but the CPU gets hot reaching upwards of 90c

From my understanding Acer offers 90 day refurbished warranty. The laptop was purchased directly from the ebay Acer store.

How could I get it checked it out under the 90 day warranty? as it seems actual device warranty has expired.

The Agent referred me to Gierd.com but it seems that website is wrong as it seems to be for something else not Warranty for Acer laptops.

How can I get this AN17-42 checked out by a specialist preferably under the 90 day included warranty?

The 90°c temps are not high they are normal for these new generation gaming laptops, as they are designed to run hot especially when gaming. Below are the temps in “Turbo Mode” for your Nitro AN17-42 model that Acer tested this laptop cpu under and as you can see this laptops temp limit is 110°c. To assist in reducing temps, you should buy a good gaming laptop multi fan tablet cooler as that assists in reducing at least up to 10-15°c in temps. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
