I have ANV15-51, and I just installed Audio drivers from the acer website in the hopes of resolving another issue in which my wired headphones don't seem to work.

However, after installing the drivers, now even the internal speakers doesn't work.

With the Nitro ANV15-51 model audio its not only determined by updating to the latest Realtek audio driver, with the audio of this laptop you need to update the Intel and NVidia drivers also and/or refresh them through Device Manager again if you only updated the Realtek audio driver, so try that first.

if that doesn't work, then you must have corrupted the other audio drivers that is why you have no audio. If the refresh drivers above doesn't work, what I suggest that you do is this, go to the ANV15051 Acer Drivers and Manuals page and install the Acer oem Realtek, Intel and NVidia drivers again and allow windows update to update these drivers to the latest and most appropriate drivers that are suitable for your Nitro ANV15-51 laptop.

Also, install the free FXSound sound enhancer for additional sound encasing and different music pre-sets of volume for your audio, as this free software is excellent and works very well. I have this installed on my Nitro AN515-56 and it work perfectly to enhance sound. That is how and what you need to do as fat rewards your audio will work perfectly. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

I have updated the Nvidia Drivers from inside the device manager and there are no drivers for Intel and Nvidia on the Acer product page, yet the audio doesn't seem to work. If you have any more suggestions, I'd appreciate them because I have an English proficiency test in a couple of days and I really need the audio to work for that.

Restart Windows and try to run the audio driver setup again.
