aspire A515-45-R4kx most keys are not working and some those are working, behave abnormally.

After a motherboard replacement of my acer aspire A515-45-R4kx, from acer itself, the keyboard started misbehaving. most keys are not working and some those are working, behave abnormally. On pressing the window key, the laptop goes to lock screen and in the lock screen, it behaves as a scrolling button. same for the Y,R,Q or any other key.

The technician said keyboard needs replacement, but with earlier motherboard, it was fine.

Is the motherboard faulty or the keyboard and how to fix it ?

    Is it a warranty replacement or is the warranty over and you have to pay for the repair? In the latter case, is it an authorized Acer workshop?
    Logically, if you are under warranty, the keyboard should be replaced as well.
    What exactly happened to the computer for sending it for repair?
    When you delivered the computer for repair, which was written on the repair report, did you leave in writing that the keyboard worked before the problem?
    But first of all, have you tested if an external USB keyboard works correctly? This determines if it is a keyboard or configuration problem.
    From the community it is difficult to know what the problem is, but if it were the motherboard, the repairs also have a warranty period and they should change it.
