Hi the laptop is throwing up the no Bootable Device screen .I don't have anything important that needs to be saved.I was wondering if theres a way to factory reset before the "No Bootable Device" screen ? Or is there some sort or maintenance I could do that may get it to work before I go bringing it to a computer repair place.Tried switching boot mode from UEFI option and it wouldnt change.Havent maintenance computer since I have gotten it 3 years ago.

Hi @SuperBussy before the problem occurred?
Was any update, driver or hardware installed?
The problem is that the disk is broken, but try the following:

Hi, probably the bootloader on the boot drive got corrupted but it could also be hardware like the RAM modules, open the laptop and disconnect the battery, remove the Ram modules, if you have spare SODIMMs put that in or replace the same RAM modules firmly in the slots. connect the adapter and see if you can boot to Windows. If no results I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory default for a small service fee.

No driver or hardware was installed .I honestly don't remember any sort of update either.I notice that nothing is showing up in my storage view or my boot list.May that indicate a problem?

Should I try what I told you?

If BIOS does not recognize the disk, it is a symptom that the disk is not working.
Try applying the Acer article that I have left you and tell me if you are able to access the disk.

Your PT516-51s laptops boot M.2 SSD drive could be faulty and/or its damaged and needs replacing, best is to first open the laptop up and take the SSD 1 boot drive out and put this M.2 SSD into the SSD 2 slot slave slot and boot the laptop and see if the laptop boots and the drive is showing up in bios. As if that is the case, then SSD 1 slot has problems and you need to take the laptop to a technician so that the M.2 slot pins are checked if the pins are shorted or have come lose from the board traced.

Otherwise, go into the Win-11 blue screen by pressing "Shift Key" at bootup of the laptop continually until the > Choose an option screen appears > then go to Troubleshoot > and do a Startup repair and see if this fixes the boot drive and the boot files of the OS, it doesn't, then the M.2 SSD is damaged and needs replacing. I suggest that for a high end laptop like the Predator Triton PT516-51s model, replace the boot M.2 SSD with the M.2 SSD Samsung 990 Pro NVMe with Heatsink, as these drives are the quickest and the best drive for this laptop Gen 4 X4 lane slots. I'm using this drive in my PHN16-71 Predator Neo and they are super fast and run cool and very responsive. Good luck and hope all this assist you further and hope you sort it his problem out.

This is your PT516-51s mainboard and where its M.2 SSD drives are, check SSD 1 boot drive slot and see if its pins and actual slot hasn't got any damage or its pins are lose and clean the slot and the M.2 drive pins with Isopropyl alcohol and try again, if it still doesn't work, swap the M.2 boot drive into the SSD 2 slave slot as shown below and see if that M.2 SSD drive works..
