Hi @AVINASH58 your computer supports up to 32GB of RAM distributed in two slots of 16GB each as maximum of the DDR4 2133/2400 type:

I leave you the compatible modules from the manufacturer Crucial as an example:

    Acer Predator G3-572 | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

I can't guarantee it, but they should work if they are exactly the same in each and every feature, but they may differ in speed, but if they have a working speed higher than the motherboard allows, they will only get the maximum speed of the motherboard.
To ensure memory compatibility, it is best to buy brands that guarantee compatibility with your model, such as manufacturers such as Crucial or Kingston:

    Acer Predator G3-572 | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

    Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-572-72YF Laptop RAM/SSDs | 4GB to 16GB | Free Delivery | KingstonMemoryShop

If it is safe, it will not cause any damage. The worst that can happen is that if it is not compatible, you may hear a beep and the device will not start. The solution is to remove the new module.
I hope this does not happen, but I mention it because I have seen cases where it has happened, which is why I always insist on making sure with the seller that it is compatible with the model to avoid the hassle of a return.

If those modules at those speeds are compatible, they can be installed, but they will only reach the maximum speed of the memory port, which is 2400.

Just some further advice of what Acer specifies for this laptop, as the Predator G3-572 can have these ram modules as tested by Acer and what intel specifies for the 7th Gen cpu of the G3-572 which governs the ram speed and type of this laptop.

The G3-572 max ram speed is DDR4-2400MT/s type ram, Acer suggests the following ram modules @ max total of 32GB @ DDR4-2133MT/s or DDR4-2400MT/s modules max 2x 16GB DDR4-2400MT/s speed into this laptops 2x ram slots. Do not use XMP or overclocked ram as it will not work in this laptop as the laptop will not boot. Good luck and hope this helps you out some more.

These are the ram modules that Acer has tested this laptop with

If your laptop does not boot on battery with the new ram and only boots when the adapter is plugged in DC_IN port its because the laptop has a charging and a main power rail problem, take your laptop to a technician so that they can pinpoint the exact problem that your laptop is experiencing fix that problem. Good luck.

There should not be a relationship between RAM and battery charge, an incompatible RAM could cause the computer not to start, but not a lack of battery charge.
If you remove this module, does the computer start without the power supply?
    Does the battery charge?
