    Hi,

    Could you please post the full model name, like A3xx-xx, in the meantime, give this a try: https://community.acer.com/en/kb/articles/94-no-bootable-device-error-message

    Acer Nitro AN515-45

    I have an old ssd card that works with this, but it doesn't work with a new ssd card Kingston NV3 M.2 NVMe Gen 4.

    immediately says no bootable device.
    in my bios setup, I can't select UEFI--> it won't let me select it.

    Could it be because the new SSD is completely empty? 927gp total space, 0gp used, i.e. completely empty.

    You will need to install Windows on the new SSD.

    @Markus92

    If you have another computer and a USB, you can download the media creation tool to create a Windows installation drive.

    I got it installed. Thank you very much. I had never done this kind of thing on a computer before so it was really difficult to get the SSD card to work at first. I realized that I bought a new SSD card for nothing:D. I could have erased the original SSD card and reinstalled Windows. But in the future I will know:D so the original SSD card was not broken, for some reason Windows did not want to start anymore and I thought that the SSD card was broken:D
