Predator Orion 5000 PO5-655-UB21 RGB, after a couple of updates lights stopped working.

I bought it yesterday and lights were working but after a couple of updates like windows and apps, it stopped working. PC is fine, just the lights are turned off. How to resolve this? Predator Sense dont have the lighting option as well, uninstalled it and downloaded the latest version but still the same

    We need to know which Predator Orion 5000 model you have. Each years they do different ones, and sometimes even mid year… Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like PO5-xxx-xxxx.

    When I look at "Care Center" app in my computer it just says PO5-655 thats it. The other numbers are already SNID and SN. If this does not help, lemme know so that I can turn this around or look for that sticker. Thank you

    BIOS 1.05 and Predator Sense at 4.2.450
