Hello, my computer is an Acer F5-573G-32CB. Does it support upgrading to SATA M.2 or NVME M.2? And if I install an NVME M.2 disk in the SATA M.2 slot, will it be compatible with it and work at full speed?

Hi, your laptop supports both M.2 SATA and M.2 NVMe SSDs: The Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 SSD 2TB has been tried in this model but it ran at half the speed of a Gen3 SSD (rated for a 3x4 slot) in the 3x2 lanes slot. NVMe SSD will still be a bit faster than a PCIe Sata-3 SSD, <2000MB/s.

Hi, as I wrote NVMe SSDs have been tested in this model. The laptop comes with the Intel Core i3-6006U a 6th generation CPU, also known as Skylake. It's part of Intel's lineup of processors that were released in 2015 that supports NVMe SSDs as well as Sata-3.
