Hi,

I have an Acer Aspire V7-582PG. Old, but good and still quite fast.
But this year Windows 10 turns to be a ‘problem’…

Did anybody update to Windows 11 even Microsoft says not to do it? And what about your experiences?

Thanks a lot for your answer.

Greets,

Alex.

Your Acer Aspire V7-582PG may not meet Windows 11 requirements like TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and a modern CPU. Alternatively, use Windows 10 or upgrade to a Windows 11-compatible laptop.

    Here's link of Windows 11 compatibility : https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/windows/windows-11-compatibility.html

That’s correct. But you could update it anyway.

The question is if anybody did it and what are the experiences.

    Thanks for help :-)
