AN16-41 reinstalled windows nitro sense , no longer set the graphics card mode to optimus or gpu

Recently I reinstalled Windows so I had to reinstall Nitro Sense, but when I reinstalled I could no longer set the graphics card mode to optimus or gpu only like before, I had to go into the bios to adjust it, in addition i can't find where to turn on bluelight shield. It's AN16-41
