I have an Acer Nitro XZ342CUP monitor for my ps5, And I noticed that the monitor sometimes turns off and on again immediately. I searched everywhere without finding an answer. I don't know if I need to update the driver, Can anyone tell me if this is a serious problem? I just got the monitor.

Almost every time we hear of a symptom like that, it's due to the power cable not seating well into the monitor, allowing a glitch. Make sure it's fully seated…

Hi, thanks for replying. I checked everything is connected to the socket and in the monitor, but I found out that there are many things connected to this socket. Is it possible that this is the problem? Because I really appreciate Acer and his stuff.

It's possible, depending on what else is plugged in. Try plugging in only the monitor and computer.

I can't do that, by the way i play on ps5. But the strange thing is that the television I had never did it. Anyway, there is an xbox series X. two tv connected and some small leds for the closet. It is a single connection that my dad made. And I asked him and he said that the Electric System is old. But I would like to know why this does it And why didn't TV do it?. And if there is any way to fix it. I repeat that I cannot disconnect the other things.

The monitor likely pulls more power than the TV did.

Oh. Thanks For your patience. If it's not too much trouble, I have one last question. The corners of the monitor have this "light". In the photo it looks more serious but it is not that serious. It is just a little Backlit. I would like to ask you if it is serious or not. The monitor I recently got it. I forgot to write that it is only visible on black screens. Thanks in advance… ❤️
