Hi, I have strange issue from first day when I bought new Acer Chromebook from the shop ( Media Expert in Poland). Even if device is connected to power, suddenly stop charging ( I play often in world of tanks) and drain battery, but indicator show that device is connected to power and charging!

Can someone help me with this issue

I got this charger to new Chromebook ( it was included in box). It`s a original charger?

We can't really tell from that image. Are there additional markings on the other side? Which Chromebook Plus 515 model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like CB515-xxx-xxxx. Is the charger a USB-C or barrel type?

Very odd, normally a power supply that like has a voltage and current statement on it. I don't think I've ever seen one that didn't… The one I have connected to my laptop right now states:

    INPUT: 100-240V 50-60Hz 2.0A

    OUTPUT: 5V 3.0A 15W - 9V 3.0A 27W - 12V 3.0A 36W - 15V 3.0A 45W - 20V 5.0A 100W

Again I'll ask which model you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like CB515-xxx-xxxx.

OK, the correct power supply for your CB515-2H model is a 65W, not a 45W, USB-C. It needs to be able to provide 20V@3.25A in order to correctly charge your system. Acer sourced them from a couple of vendors, so there are two part numbers for them. They are essentially identical:
