What is your laptops model number, if you have one of the new Acer laptops that you can set set the RTX4060 gpu in bios to run only on the NVidia gpu then both monitors should run at max 165Hz in the HDMI or DP monitor ports. Do a clean install of the NVidia graphics driver by using the installation > custom mode > clean install then install the new Win-11 driver and see if that fixes the refresher rate problem.

If not then use a v2.0 or v2.1 HDMI hub and connect both RG241Y monitors to the laptop 1x HDMI port that way that way, as the RG241Y monitors HDMI v2.0 can reach a refresher rate of 165Hz @ 1920x1080 display frequency. Good luck hope this helps you out.

This is the service guide specs of your RG241Y monitor
