    @Grotzilla

    Try to clear the CMOS using jumper.

    If your desktop is the PO3-655 or similar, first do a Startup Repair and boot into the Win-11 Advance options see this guide here of how to do that, and once you are in the window "Advanced options" do a "Startup Repair" as this should fix the boot problem of your desktop and allow it to boot.

    If the above doesn't work then you can do a "Hard Reset" if you want and are willing to take this brand new desktop apart? As in my opinion, you should send this new desktop to Acer Tech Support in your country and don't touch and/or open this new product and let the Acer technicians fix this issue for you.

    For your information, this is the PO3-655 (the PO3-650 is the same) mainboard layout for your information

    Otherwise and if you want to do a Hard Reset then do this:

    Disconnect the desktop from the mains power point, disconnect the mainboard from the PSU, removing the bios battery after and then short its +&- plug pins with a metal screwdriver/tweezers, take the M.2 SSD out and all the ram out and leave the desktop bare like that for 15min to let the mainboard EC and Chipset chips reset completely. Reconnect everything as the desktop should reboot.

    If all the above doesn't work, then try and do a Win-11 24H2 version new clean install by doing this:

    Construct a new bootable Win-11 24H2 version installation disk with Rufus 4.5 and put the IRST Intel driver for your PO3-6xx model desktop, so that the installation recognizes the M.2 SSD drive at the installation of Win-11 drive selection section, then do and finish the clean install of Win-11, and see if that is the problem of your new desktop. These are all the options that you so do that in the order I've described for you. Good luck and hope this helps you out to solve your problem, as it should not be happening and I know that its annoying,

    It's always easiest for us to come up with suggestions if you tell us just which model you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like PO3-xxx-xxxx. The PO3-655 mentioned above is just a guess… Your machine is new enough it will likely be easier to just swap it out with your vendor, unless we can pin down the behavior to a software issue. More likely it's something corrupted in the BIOS that is not allowing POST to perform it's tests.
