That's because you're using generic Microsoft monitor drivers. Right click one of the generic drivers assigned to your VG270M3. Then choose update driver. Select the location of the .inf file. If it doesn't accept it, then try the same thing with other generic driver.

Right click the inf file and choose Install from the context menu.

Installed correct driver as per your instructions

But no improvement in Pixelated Text. Text does not appear sharp.

If a character has slanting or curved line then i can see pixel. Like "W" in above image.

Please post a phone photo of what you see if possible.

Yes please, a photo showing the artifacts will be most helpful.

Is it Pixels per inch (PPI) issue in this modal ? maybe 24 inch monitor can fix my issue ?

    Another image from more distance.

I sit 3 feet far from the monitor.

The image from a distance seems fine. The different fonts look like they should. Can't tell much from the close-ups. It might be helpful to see what a full screen of text looks like from a distance the NotePad application.

Return monitor to vendor for an exchange or refund as soon as possible before the vendor's return merchandise period expires. Usually only a few weeks.

I'm still having difficulty seeing from your online phone photo which part of the screen is a problem? Can you highlight the area by pointing to it?

I am having the same problem in trying to see the issue with the text in your pictures… They look normal to me.

As i mentioned before, if a letter has slanting line or curved line then it does not display sharp instead displays pixelated.

You can see in below image. i underlined "VG270M3"

In V: it is made by two slanting lines so display pixelated / not sharp.
In G: It has curved line so display pixelated / not sharp.
In M: it is made by two vertical lines and two slanting lines. vertical lines display sharped and pixel perfect but two slanting lines display pixelated / not sharp.

That is the issue. this is apply on all Texts of Windows including text of websites during web browsing i.e. Label, Title, Description, Paragraph, Heading etc (All types of texts).

Curved & slanted line effects are entirely normal for an FHD 1920 x 1080 pixel matrix screen display. The bigger the screen size, the more noticeable the effects become because the characters are larger. They will seem less noticeable in a smaller screen only because the characters are smaller.

The only way to make them less noticeable in a 27" screen size is to purchase a QHD 2560 x 1440 pixel or UHD 3840 x 2160 pixel 27" monitor. They are of course usually more expensive than an FHD 1920 x 1080 pixel monitor like yours.

That's why i want replacement with 24 inch - Acer Nitro 60.45 cm (23.8 inch) (VG240Y). Seller and Brand both are not accepting my case. 23.8 inch monitor is cheaper than 27 inch. i do not need any refund just replacement and i will be happy.
