    Hi, in Windows you right click with your mouse or touchpad on that document and select "Save as", you will see your c:\ drive with folders, click on a folder where you want to save your document in and click on "Save" (red box picture).

    To save a document, you first need to click the "File" menu in the top-left corner of your application. If it's your first time saving or you want to save it with a new name or location, select "Save As." For existing documents, just click "Save." Choose where you want to save the file, like a folder on your computer, an external drive, or a cloud service. Enter a file name, pick the file format (such as .docx or .pdf), and click "Save" to complete the process. These steps are generally the same across most word processing applications.
