acer swift microphone can't use

hi, my array microphone can't use.. can someone to help me to solve this problem??

Hi,
Could you please post the full model's name of your laptop, in the meantime, go to Settings, System, select Sound and check whether you have selected Microphone array under Input as shown in my picture, I have selected Headset Microphone because I always use Headset.

i already choose microphone array, but still can't use..

Go to Device Manager and expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click Microphone Array, select Properties, move to Driver tab, and post the driver version.
