Hey Everyone

I am trying to upgrade my hard drive. Currently I have a PCIe NVM Express with the capacity of 256 GB ( See pic). When I opened the laptop I see the space for a SSD 2.0 .. Can I add this with another SATA cable ? if so where should I connect ? Research indicates various models and so far I am not able to pin down whether its possible or not. Help and guidance is much appreciated. Attached are some pics with details. Thanks!!

I personally would replace the existing NVMe drive with a new, bigger one. That drive is going to be around four times as fast as a 2.5" SATA drive. Get a big drive, 1TB or 2TB is likely where the price points are best on a per GB basis, and an external NVMe case. Drop the new drive in the case and use any of the free drive cloning software packages to clone the existing drive to the new one, then open up and swap the new drive in. It should then boot on the new drive and give you lots and lots of room. You can then put the old drive into the external case, wipe it off and use that as an offline backup.
