Hi, press the power button for 3-5 seconds to shutdown and reboot but as soon as you see the Acer logo press quickly Alt+F10 that should open the blue Troubleshoot menu, click on Advanced options and on Startup Settings:

And enter 4 for Safe mode (last screen above) work in Safe mode for a while and then reboot. If the same problem (won't boot to Windows) repeat the above procedure but on screen 1 select "Reset this PC" without losing your data option.

Hi, thanks for giving this suggestion but I had tried many times press Alt + F10 Quickly then it pop out the "please wait" and loading until half it turn into blue screen I have problems to enter the automatic repair options but overall bios still accessible but the problem just I can't go to the "Automatic Repair". I have been created a restore point previous if I can access to the troubleshoot it would be nice but overall how many methods I have been tried since not working 😭🙏

I don't think that ALT-F10 will work , you have to power cycle 3 times or so to invoke safe mode.

I would try a reset by

"Remove power and all cables from the desktop, and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Plug power back in to the desktop and see if the computer will power on"

I would also post in the laptop section.

I meant that ALT-F10 no longer works on ACER, maybe other computers ?

I'm not sure as why they quit working except most likely an update ?

Hi, in that case you have to make a USB Windows Recovery drive on another PC with the same Windows version. Insert a 10GB USB2.0 flash drive in the USB port of the other Windows PC and in Windows type recovery (see picture), takes 40 minutes to create.

Insert that Recovery drive in the USB port of your laptop and boot to BIOS with F2, go to the Boot screen and move the USB drive to the top of the boot devices list and press F10 (save) and save changes on exit BIOS. Boot normally without pressing F2 and you will get the blue screens.
I agree with Larryodie you should be posting in the laptop category not desktop and tell us your full laptop model, Windows version and BIOS.

Boot Enable or Enable Boot in bios, has to be enabled before you can see the USB drive in boot devices.

Also its F12 to get to the USB selection.

I know that Unnamed is confused, I'll try to past the complete procedure. :)

Download the WIN10 tool from my link then plug it in.  Power on while pressing F12. Then change your boot to the USB when the selection POPS up.

Boot Enable has to be enabled 1st by going to Bios and changing then F10 to save and reboot, then reboot using the F12 key.

It'll take an hour or more to create the drive.

Only if the F12 key is enabled in BIOS and unnecessary as you just move to the Boot screen and move the USB drive up the list. I never have F12 enabled, but that is just me (not a Dual-Boot person). It is also uncomprehensible that users don't have a recent USB Windows Recovery drive to boot with, complete boot drive backups are probably also not routinely made 😯

Do you get any beeps or messages in the words that are displayed ?

Can you take a picture of the screen ??

The recover USB can be created only a desktop too or bought from Acer parts.

I wish that you could pull the backup battery inside and unplug the laptop from the supply battery, overnight thus resetting it.

It might be best to pay a local tech to fix unless you have another computer and docking station to test the hard drive ?

If the drive has failed you will need to replace it, then reinstall the OS from a downloaded image from Microsoft. You can then install the Acer specific utilities form there support site, but you won't have the non-Acer bundled apps.
