It won't connect to the internet even though it says it's connected, not even saying that it has no internet

    Reset network settings:

    1. Press "Windows + I" and select "Network & Internet > Advanced network settings";
    2. Select "Network Reset";
    3. Select "Reset Now", and at the confirmation screen, select "Yes";
      Note: The PC will need to be restarted.
    4. Now open Start and type cmd;
    5. Right-click on "Command Prompt" in the result list and select "Run as administrator";
    6. At the Command Prompt, type the following commands one at a time and press Enter:

    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    1. Restart your PC and see if the issue is resolved.

    If it persists, reinstall the Wi-Fi driver.

    Before starting the procedure, go to the support area of the Acer website and download the latest Wi-Fi driver.
    (If you can't find it, please let me know your Acer Spin model. The Spin line has several variants.)

    Uninstall the current driver:

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Network adapters";
    3. Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select "Uninstall device";
      (It may have more than one adapter, if you don't identify the correct one, send a screenshot "Windows + Shift + S")
    4. On the confirmation screen, check "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Ok";
    5. Restart the PC.

    Install the driver you downloaded from Acer website.

    I hope this helps.

    The Qualcomm is your WiFi adapter. Since it is showing connected the driver is likely working, so no need to muck with that. We need to see what your network configuration is like when connected. Do an "ipconfig /all" and capture the results for us. The key there is the IP address assigned, the default gateway and the DNS servers.
