My Nitro 5, AN515-58-56CH, has a power issue and I'm at a complete loss. I've replaced the charger and cable with a brand new set and the situation hasn't changed.

Usually the orange charging light and blue operating light blink together but the laptop doesn't charge, sometimes just the charging light will blink very rapidly. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it'll start charging for a while but then has the same fault, even if I don't move anything.

I tried to pull a battery or power log but couldn't find what this error code is.

Hi, if you are using a USB-C charger stop that and charge with the brick power adapter that came with the laptop. If you are already using the adapter, disconnect it and open the laptop as the warranty probably already expired. Disconnect the battery and remove to access the CMOS (red circle, picture). Take the coin battery out and shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule with a bended paperclip for a few seconds to discharge any residual electricity, this will also reset BIOS. replace the coin battery with the + sign facing up and close the CMOS capsule. Remove the 2 RAM modules, if you have a spare set replace them or secure the original RAM modules firmly back in the 2 slots.

Press the power button 10 seconds and replace and reconnect the battery, close the laptop cover, connect the power adapter and try to boot.

Thank you for the advice, followed everything. Had a very long boot sequence but unfortunately the problem remains.
