I recently purchased a PREDATOR Helios Neo PHN16-72-91P6. (I9 CPU ) The laptop came with 1 TB storage and 16 Gb memory. Can I upgrade to 4 TB and 64 GB RAM?.. Is it difficult?

Yes, you can upgrade the M.2 SSD up to 4TB according to Crucial and other sites, they offer a guarantee, so they must have checked this model with the upgrade, as for the memory upgrade, there are different upgrades available according to different retailers, so you have to try and see whether the upgrade works.
According to Acer, you can upgrade memory up to 32GB, I haven't seen anyone upgrading this model above 32GB.
Other sites, like Crucial states that you can upgrade up to 64GB and PHS memory states that you can upgrade 96GB, you may try these modules at your own risk.
