Hello.I installed the title video card. My monitor is FULL HD 75hz. When I turn on the computer, the error "input not supported" appears. Below my configuration.Aorus Elite B450M (Updated BIOS)Ryzen 7 3700X16gb RAMRadeon RX 6750XT (Previously it was the RX 580 that is still running)Source 750w 80 plus goldAcer SA270 Full HD 75hz MonitorI have no idea what it could be. The computer turns on, there is no BIOS beep. I think it even starts normally, but without showing an image on the screen. When I put my RX 580 back, everything works normally.

Hello.I will mention below the complete configuration of my computer, and describe the tests I carried out and what results I managed to obtain.Aorus Elite B450MRyzen 7 3700x16gb RAMRX 6750XTAcer SA270 Full HDWindows 10 PRO 64bitSource 750w 80 plus goldI installed the video card, connecting an individual cable to each connector on the card. The first error that appeared on the screen was "input not supported". The monitor is connected via HDMI, without adapters. Tests I did. I tested other HDMI cables, of different versions. Without success. I connected my computer to my TV, which is Full HD and older than the monitor. The image of the BIOS "post" loading appeared and the image appeared normally. Returning to the monitor, I reset the BIOS, without success. I reset the monitor. So now I turn on my computer and see nothing until the login screen. The BIOS "post" no longer appears. My computer turns on and only an image appears on the login screen. So if I need to enter the BIOS, I won't see anything.

This is a fairly common problem with video cards that don't scale the output when sending a resolution that isn't one the monitor supports. Typically the BIOS tries to send it's info in 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768 resolution and the GPU is then supposed to upscale that to something like 1920x1080 for the monitor. If the GPU instead just send the image on the monitor will report with the "resolution not supported" message. Once Windows starts to load, it uses the correct size and the display appears. There may be a setting on your Radeon GPU to allow that function.

I understood. I did a test, connecting a second monitor, much older, as a secondary screen. On the second screen, the BIOS "post" appears, while on the main monitor the screen has an error. And when the system loads, both screens show the image normally. I just have no idea where this feature is configured on the video card, so that it can send images with lower resolutions to the monitor.
