Hi, reboot and as soon as you see the Acer logo press Alt + F10. go to Advanced-Startup settings and select 4 (Safe Mode)

In Safe Boot press the Windows key + R and type MSconfig and select Safe Boot in the Boot tab and click on Apply

Click on the Services tab, tick "Hide all Microsoft service" and click on Disable all and click on Apply (see picture below)

Click on OK and Restart (click on the Power icon and Restart, task bar). If the laptop starts normally with the repair screen, you have to repeat the MSconfig routine, each time enabling (tick mark) a few services (start at the top, above picture) and each time click Apply and OK, Restart. When you get to the point the Automatic repair happens again you have found your problem, disable the service again you last ticked in MSconfig, Hint: Possibly the NVidia GPU driver is causing it. Finally, you have to clear the Safe boot box in the Boot tab (1st picture above) and click on Apply, OK otherwise the system will stay in Safe boot.

Hi, it cannot complete loading because of a bad driver, also you have to break that repair loop by Alt+F10 that loads WindowsRE, or boot with a recent Window USB recovery flash drive that also loads Windows RE with the blue Troubleshoot menu. Maybe that will do the trick and try to just reboot without going in Safe Mode.
