I bought this laptop 3 months ago. And it got an issue in its motherboard. I sent it for replacement. It's been a month since it's in "awaiting Spares" status. I have called several times on the toll-free number and the service center, they say still didn't come to the warehouse, what can we do?

Tell me when will it come seriously. I m on a notice period. This is goanna ruin my life. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever received.

What is your Acer laptop model number? Acer community is a peer to peer community of Acer product users just like you, we are not Acer in your country so we have no influence in this regard to your laptop parts availability. There is probably a good reason why there are no parts for your laptop model as it might be a new model or not a common model that Acer has parts for, only solution is to either wait for the part to be available or demand a new laptop as this should not be happening. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Same story here, motherboard should be replaced. I've sent my Acer Veriton M6670G to the Swiss Acer Repair Centre almost 3 weeks ago. The status is "Awaiting Spares" since then, and the operator on the phone couldn't even tell me if the parts were at least departed from the origin point. He said it's taking long because "we receive them from another country"….

This is my main PC, it's becoming serious now.
