Wtf! when they don't have knowledge about anything they say these rubbish things. These things are out of their syllabus. Pls Don't waste your time with them..

These are the only possible Solution available as of now. what i am aware of right now.

Solution 1:- keep waiting for new updates and hope they will notice this issue in that update. if they won't then again wait for next update. so on……

Solution 2:- Go back to BIOS Version 1.14. but it's not possible for the people's who has updated their BIOS from windows update. because when you downgrade it will go to that downgraded version then after next few boots it will automatically get back to the latest BIOS version which you have last updated from windows updates. (So never update your bios from windows update).

Solution 3:- Upgrade your RAM. You need to Spend few bucks.

Solution 4:- Contact acer software deployment team. Not possible as they are no way available.

Solution 5:- Flash someother bios but its not easy for everyone..

i have upgraded my ram to 24 GB. swapped one 8 GB stick with a 16 GB stick from my another laptop. i can also go for Solution 2 but i need to reinstall windows which i don't want to do as its will cause a few trouble to me..

If you have any other solution pls do mention it below. I really appreciated it.

    Thanks you……

You're Right, most of the call center agents are dumb as hell.

but again, today I contact the acer support, a lady told me that "during bios update these kinds of issues come up, so she suggested me to Re-install the win11"

I'd tried lots of troubleshooting and updating, but issue did not solve yet.

    1) I am also planning to upgrade my ram to 24gb (8gb+16gb). Are U facing any stability issue after upgrading?

    2) Can you explain me the solution 2- "i can also go for Solution 2 but i need to reinstall windows which i don't want to do as its will cause a few trouble to me.." ?

    3) Earlier in this thread, A guy was saying that issue came due to outdated intel microcode (MCU). What do you think about that?

Step 1 :- prepare a windows installion drive with nvme driver.

Step 2 :- downgrade ur bios to 1.14

Step 3 :- just after it boots up on downgraded bios and show acer logo shut it down forcely by holding power key .

Step 4:- plug ur windows installion drive (usb)

step 5 :- go to bios (key- F2) and boot on ur usb.

step 6 :- reinstall ur windows then set up don't start auto update.

step 7 :- never turn on windows insider program. and never update ur bios from windows update it will show up in optional updates.. even if u want to update then download it from acer website then update.

    thats all.

else u can try directly reinstall windows completely on ur latest bios then downgrade ur bios. just follow step 7 after reintalling..

There is an "alternative" method available on TechPowerUp, which allows you to load the Intel microcode (MCU). However, as well as not being an elegant solution, it is not guaranteed to work:

    https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/intel-how-to-update-your-microcode-for-intel-hx-13-14th-gen-cpus-laptops-mobile-easily.325403/

The right thing to do is to ask Acer's support to make these updates available via firmware. It doesn't make sense for them to take so long time!

it seems like upgrading ram is an easy option to solve this issue.
