Hi, I am using the Predator PO5-625s. SNID: XXXX and SN: DGE2NEQ00B1XXXXX. Right now, I'm at 2400 MT/s with my Kingston Renegade - KF436C16RB12K2/32. It's supposed to be able to gup to 3600 MT/s. I am just wondering how I can do this. Everything on google and youtube is pointing me to BIOS and XMP profiles, but my BIOS is very BASIC. I do not know how to enter advanced mode on this computer model. My BIOS version is R01-A4. I tried updating it to the latest, but nothing changed.

Can I increase the RAM speed in other ways? or does anyone know a secret hidden trick to enter advanced BIOS?

Do you still have the stock memory installed as well as the Kingston? All memory in the system has to support the same XMP profiles before XMP will work right.

Below is the Acer memory specs and all the Acer suggested memory modules comparable with the Predator PO5-625 desktop, this desktop can run on DDR4-2666MT/s or the max speed ram of DDR4 3200MT/s, I suggest that you don't try to overclock a DDR4-2400MT/s to run at 2666MT/s or 3200MT/s speeds as it will not work even with an XMP ram.

Best way to increase ram speed, is to upgrade the desktop ram to the other higher seed DDR4 ram types with XMP and then overclock it if you can, but make sure that you have the last bios R01-A4 installed for best ram compatibility also. Make also sure that you upgrade with a kit form ram upgrade of the same and matching ram (see Crucial Ram for the PO5-620 as its the same as the PO5-625 for their ram range of kits) for best results. Good luck and hope this helps you out some more.

Just for further assistance, this is all the Acer tested and suggested memory suitable for the PO5-625 desktop that they list in the PO5-625 desktops service guide, if you want to follow this and t=get their tested ram.

I've been digging through the SG for the PO5-625s systems, and the only mention they have about XMP overclocking is one memory module they shipped that supported XMP, but had a fast enough base speed to work normally without overclocking. The Coffee Lake S chipset supports both 2666 and 2933 MHz memory, they used 3200 down clocked to 2933 due to chip shortages at the time IIRC. Unless XMP sup0port was added in that latest BIOS, it's not supported on your system. You should send the Renegade back and get standard 3200MHz memory to replace it.
