    Hi @tpnguyn

Could you please let us know which light is glowing blue on your laptop. Could you please share a snap of the light that is glowing blue.

Please watch the below video link and try to get the hard reset done.

    Hi @tpnguyn

Since the screen is not able display anything on the screen, please whether you are getting any beeps sound when you turn on your laptop, whether the POST(Power On Self Test) is happening or not, if then please connect an external monitor to the external video/VGA/HDMI port and check whether you could see the Acer logo/system booting on the external monitor, if not, then it is recommended for a Acer trained technician to intervene and open the laptop and check. So please carry the laptop to the nearby Acer Authorized Service Center/ Stores for further diagnosis/assistance.

First try a power reset and check if the issue is fixed.
Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. It simulates removing and reinstalling the battery.

    Hi @Axxo

In this model, there is no power reset - pin hole. Could you please re-check.
