I have recently bought this device and am happy with it but just a couple of days back i noticed that when I turn it in the 360 rotation, it does not change the mode to tablet mode even when it is fully 360 rotated, I am facing confusion as all the sensors are working as the screen orientation is changing and when I turn it in 360, the keyboard stops working like usual, the worst part is that it is noticing this and the tabs option pops in the corner. I have tried everything like power washing, updating and hard rebooting but nothing seems to work , I would really appreciate if someone could help.

Do you occasionally use a mouse with your Chromebook? If it's wireless and you leave the dongle inserted the OS will think the mouse is still connected, turning off tablet mode.

Yeah, it's a decision that Google made that if a mouse is connected the table mode is disabled. You would think they'd have a way to change that behavior. You might try contacting them with the suggestion.
