I have a brand new Veriton Acer Veriton N2110G-UT01L . I'm in the process of setting up the Management Server Configuration. It will not take or save the server address that I keyed in. I was thinking maybe I need to reflash it. Do you think reflashing will fix the problem? If so where do I find the 1image to reflash it to ver 7.1.1?

    This concern has been escalated.

We are working on getting the OS tab to be visible to everyone.  When this happens, please follow the instructions below.

    1. You will need to download the file, Application (Fresh Tool) from the Applications tab.
    2. You will need to download the WIN7ES OS or DETOS OS from the OS tab.
(when they are avaliable, if seperate zip files they need to be uncompressed to one single file).
    3. Unzip the Application (Fresh Tool).
    4. Plug in a greater than 4GB USB Flash drive (contents will be erased during the below process).
    5. Run unetbootin-windows-578 from the folder just unzipped.
    6. Choose the "diskimage" option in the tool and choose the usb-reflash-1.11 file from the same unzipped folder.
    7. Select the drive letter of your USB flash drive and press ok.
    8. Press Exit once your drive has been prepared.
    9. Open the flash drive in windows explorer and create a folder called "images".
    10. Copy the WIN7ES OS or DETOS OS files to the flash drive in the images folder (do not rename or unzip the files as they are need to be left in a compressed unmodified state).
    11. Remove the USB flash drive from your system and you are now ready to use it to boot your Veriton N2110G and start the recovery process.

The OS tab has been updated and the files are available.

How about the Windows Embedded Standard 7 reflash files for the N2110G-UT02W?  I see Euro and Asian files under OS but nothing for English/USA?  I need to reflash my device.

Thank you for pointing this out.  This oversight has been reported.

When I get additional information I will post.

I have been informed that EN/USA is included in both versions.  It was suggested to use the Asian version.
