I bought usb-c hab hama 00200107When connected to USB-C, the computer makes the sound of connecting the device and then immediately the sound of disconnecting the device, and so on endlessly. When connecting this hub to another Asus Rog Strix laptop with an Intel processor, everything works correctly. Also, if I connect my phone to my Acer via USB-C, it is detected normally. Thanks in advance for your answers!

Hi, since the Hama hub worked with the Asus ROG that has USB-C Intel Thunderbolt4, power delivery but does not work with AMD USB4, we can safely conclude that the Hama hub requires Thunderbolt as source and is not compatible with AMD, most USB-C hubs that I know with power delivery require thunderbolt. Maybe you can return it to the retailer.
