The 2.5" drive that I've got fits perfectly into my Nitro 5 AN515-56 and its the Seagate BarraCuda 2TB STL2000M015 model is a mechanical drive and its 6.5mm thick, you will find that some 2.5" HDDs might have a difference of 0.5mm thickness size but not much more, as I've told you before, these 2.5" drives should fit in the space of your Aspire 7560 I don't know why you are having problems, take some cations and show us exactly what is happening.

That drive that you are trying to fit in there is an old 320GB capacity and could be different and thicker, try the newer drives if you want to spend money on this old laptop? Or buy one of these M2 SATA Riser B Key M2 To SATA Adapter SATA3 6G Card for 2230-2280 M.2 SATA SSD as they are like $7,25 and cheap and buy a SATA M.2 SSD and use that with a bigger capacity.

Put this adapter into that 2nd HDD space and convert that SATA 2.5" into a SATA 3 M.2 slot, simple:
