Acer Nitro AN16-41 Screen Distortion & Black Screen Problems
Hello, I sent my laptop to service about 4 weeks ago for the same reasons.
I received my computer from the service a week ago and they said there was no hardware problem in the laptop.
However, I am still experiencing the same problems.
If there is no hardware problem, why are these still happening? Were 3 weeks wasted?
When I contacted support today, they said I had to send it to the service again, it came from the service already and they said send it to the service again.
Problem 1: Black Screen
When the computer is not plugged in and the charge drops to around 30%, the computer shows a black screen. After a certain period of time, the screen turns on by itself, this happens several times until the battery runs out. I uploaded example videos.
In addition after around 30%, the computer slows down a lot.
Problem 2: Screen Distortion
Again, when it is not plugged into the charger and the battery level is low, there are distortions in the full screen pages as in the example of the 2 videos I uploaded, and these never stop. Because of this situation, I cannot use the tabs in full screen while the laptop is not plugged.

Try these steps bellow:
#1 - Update the firmware UEFI / BIOS of your Nitro AN16-41 to version 1.25:
#2 - Disable Multi-Plane Overlay (MPO) to fix Flickering Screen issue:
#3 - Your Dxdiag log indicates that some applications are showing errors:
javaw.exe causing AppHangB1 idea64.exe (IntelliJ IDEA) causing RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64
Make sure you have the latest version of these applications installed on your computer.

I did what you said and I updated BIOS to latest version, thank you very much. What about the problem 1 (Black screen problem)? Why does the laptop show a black screen when its battery is low?

It is still happening, when it comes to 30% charge, the screen starts to break. After flickering some time, laptop is restarted. When laptop is started back, screen is gone again but it comes back (not restarting).
