Got a Nitro 5 laptop for some time, mainly used for gaming but also some work stuff. Few days ago while i was working on it, suddenly it turned off. Ever since then when i try to boot it up, it gets to the acer logo screen, and then it reboots. I can access BIOS, but nothing seems to fix this and im lost as to what to do.

Hi, the system is in a "Windows Repair loop", when you see the Acer logo quickly press Alt+F10 that will show the blue Troubleshoot menu, select Advanced and Restart with 4 or F4 (Enable Safe Mode). if none of this works you can do the same with a USB Windows Recovery Disk that you can make on another PC with the same Windows version. Boot with the USB Recovery disk inserted to BIOS with F2 or F12 (if enabled) and go to the BOOT screen, move the USB drive to the top of the boot devices list, save changes on exit (F10) and reboot without F2, this will show the blue Troubleshoot menu (see above to restart to Safe Mode).

If your Nitro 5 is stuck in a reboot loop, try resetting the BIOS to default settings and disconnecting any peripherals.

Hi, you have to MAKE a bootable USB Windows recovery drive, stick a USB2.0 flash drive in another PC USB2.0 port that has the same Windows version and in Windows type Recovery in Search and click on "Create a recovery drive" (see picture).

You should try resetting the BIOS to its default settings and removing any connected peripherals.

You can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

How to Restore Windows on my Acer Computer Using Alt + F10 on startup
Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
Press the Power key to turn on the computer.
Press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Acer logo appears on the screen.
    Select Troubleshoot.
    Click Reset your PC.
NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.
