I have an Acer XZ342CU S monitor and I keep getting a message saying “input not supported”. I am able to get into bio no problem but when windows 11 tries to open up that’s when I get the message.

The only way I found to temporarily fix the issue is to unplug my DP cable from my graphics card and then plug it into a different port on the graphics card. But when I turn the computer off, the same issue happens. I have to unplug again and connect into the other DP on my graphics card.

Could I get some help please?

Thank you!!

There should be more letters or numbers after the 'S'. The different models have different specs…

The number should be something similar to this:

    XZ342CU SBMIIPPHX

Or you could give us the first ten digits of the S/N.
