Predator Sense is not opening after reinstalling

after the latest update of predator sense rgb was not working and i tried to reinstall it after uninstalling first but now it's not opening after installing the latest version ( even tried older version ).

it doesn't open after pressing predator sense key from the laptop.

i tried to find solution in acer community but nothing worked in my case.

1. Used revo uninstaller to clean install but didn't work
2. used geek uninstaller but still didn't work
3. did system restore to that point when i uninstalled the it then it started working after the restarting the system, it went into loop saying Bad_System_Config_info.
4. then i did undo the system restore which means I'm at the point where I already uninstalled the predator sense.
5. watched some tutorials and tried some methods mentioned in the community but nothing worked.

how can i fix this issue?

and how can we complaint about the issues of software to the company?
