Predator Sense is not opening after reinstalling

after the latest update of predator sense rgb was not working and i tried to reinstall it after uninstalling first but now it's not opening after installing the latest version ( even tried older version ).

it doesn't open after pressing predator sense key from the laptop.

i tried to find solution in acer community but nothing worked in my case.

Used revo uninstaller to clean install but didn't work
used geek uninstaller but still didn't work
did system restore to that point when i uninstalled the it then it started working after the restarting the system, it went into loop saying Bad_System_Config_info.
then i did undo the system restore which means I'm at the point where I already uninstalled the predator sense.
watched some tutorials and tried some methods mentioned in the community but nothing worked.

how can i fix this issue?

and how can we complaint about the issues of software to the company?

-Close all PredatorSense services from task manager

-Open cmd as Administrator and run below command-

lodctr /r

(Do it twice as first try may cause error)

Recently after trying for hours, I ended up Resetting PC after that it still wasn't opening then I installed latest version of predator sense, and it was installed successfully and started working fine.

earlier it wasn't installing successfully even though error didn't occur while installation, but something was wrong due to which it wasn't installing completely and before it was installing less than a min but after resetting pc it took more than a minute.

I chose ''Remove Everything —> drive only where windows is installed.'' and "Cloud Download" to get clean installation of windows and potentially having no chance of more corrupt files and to keep other drives data saved/untouched.
