Hi, I have Acer nitro16 laptop and I can't update my nitrosense. Whenever I try to update it, the app directs me to Microsoft store and store gives me an error "0x8007000D". I tried to google it and tried the solutions, but none of them worked. What can I do? Or is there a way to download the latest version of nitrosense on the web?

    Hi @ Mehmet1,

For Error code 0x8007000D usually indicates that ERROR_INVALID_DATA. This error can be caused by a corrupted Windows update component or system file and seems to be like a OS related issue, you can try the below steps to fix the issue.

running the Windows Update troubleshooter, or reset the Windows Update component, or use the System File Checker

     to fix potential problems.

Please make sure your windows updates are updated to the latest and then try whether the Nitrosense is working, if not please download the Nitrosense Application for the Acer website below and key in the SNID/serial number, model number/product number or product name in the weblink below and get the drivers and downloads page for your laptop and go to the applications download page and get the Nitrosense software download and get it installed and reboot the system and try to check that the Nitrosense in working properly.

The "0x8007000D" error with NitroSense on your Acer Nitro 16 often indicates file corruption. Try uninstalling NitroSense, then reinstalling the latest version from Acer's support site. You can also run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or clear the Windows Update cache by stopping the wuauserv and bits services, deleting the contents of C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, and restarting the services. Running sfc /scannow in Command Prompt as Administrator can also repair system files. If the issue persists, check Acer support for specific updates or patches.
