Hi all. I have Windows 10 22H2 Pro installed on a laptop model Acer Predator Helios 18 2024 PH18-72, there was no Windows installed from the factory, there was DOS, so I decided to install the official Windows 10 Pro with all updates and drivers for this laptop.
The current version PredatorSense for me on the PH18-72 driver website shows 5.0.1444. But during installation it does not appear in applications and does not start. No services are started in the task manager, when I open the application with the Predator Sense button, the blue course wheel loads for 1 second and nothing happens. I tried the previous version 5.0.1341 - the same thing, it doesn’t work. But when I installed version 5.0.1133 from PH16-72, it appeared and works but asks to be updated. In the Microsoft Store, when trying to update, it shows error 0x8007000D. Please tell me, could this be an error due to Windows 10 incompatibility? Should reinstalling to Windows 11 Pro solve this problem?

This laptop is NOT a Win-10 OS laptop, why do you think that this latop will perform better with Win-10? Tell me as I'm flabbergasted and very interested to know your logic, and why people can't let go of the Win-10 OS addiction🤣 but seriously, that is why you will get errors and BSODs and software's not installing, as your laptop is not equipped for Win-10 and it will perform allot worse than under with the Win-11 OS.

Update the laptop to its last bios v1.10 and only use the oem installed Acer OS which is either the Win-11 Home or Pro version 24H2 and all its windows updates that will give you the OS build: 26100.2161. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Reinstalled on Windows 11 Pro 24H2, everything worked as it should. Didn't think that 10 is no longer supported😏
