My laptop dont show TPM and im skeptical in clearing it so i can upgrade or download firmware

    it could be because it's disabled or hidden in the BIOS or UEFI settings, or because the computer's hardware doesn't meet the requirements

    ok so how can i get it back see this is what happened last year i had to upgrade my aspire 3 laptop from win10 home to pro for a company i was going to work from home for. and i had got windows assist to help and since she helped me upgrade to the new version which i got the software from software supply and i didnt know the digital key so there is one in there that is not the original key and the my computer name got changed and since that all happened i can not get a remote job as my pc freezes or leggs really bad my internet is A1 so its my processor as i use to get 2.45GHZ now its 1.5 really sad and desperate for some help!!I hope you can understand my issue and my frustrations are thru the roof at this point
