Hi, get a HDMI 2.0 or higher cable, update the Intel Iris Xe driver, check the OSD settings on the monitor, change to 100Hz. Are you running RAM in Dual Channel Mode? if not the Intel chipset will revert to standard UHD graphics.

Download CPU-Z and install. Click on Memory with DDR4 RAM if you see 2x 64-bit at Channel # you are running in Dual mode with 2 identical RAM modules.

Did you try a HDMI 2.0 or higher cable? I don't know your laptop model but if it has USB-C TBT4 with Display Port Alt mode support you can get an USB-C-HDMI adapter and try that.

What GPU do you have? It might be the GPU doesn't support the higher refresh rates.

Did you ever tell us what computer you had, and what GPU it is using? If your GPU doesn't support the resolution and refresh then it won't be offered.
