Urgent: New Acer Aspire 7 - Repeated 'kbdclass.sys' BSOD Issue

Hello Acer Community,

I recently purchased a new Acer Aspire 7 laptop, and I have been experiencing a recurring Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error. The error message reads: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (kbdclass.sys).

I've tried basic troubleshooting steps, including updating drivers, but the issue persists, causing frequent crashes and making the laptop unusable. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the laptop is brand new.

I have reached out to Acer Support, and they have asked me to provide a photo of the error if the problem persists, which I have done. However, I am posting here to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue or if there are any solutions I might try while I wait for further assistance from support.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
