Hi, in Device Manager, change the C920 Logitech driver to the Windows Device driver.
    -Open Device Manager.
    -Expand Imaging devices.
-Locate the name of your Logitech camera in the list and right-click on it.
    -Select Update Driver Software...
-Click Browse my computer for driver software.
-Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
-Check Show compatible hardware, and then select USB Video Device.
-Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver

The first step that I'd suggest is the Windows troubleshooter. It can often fix issues with USB drivers. Click Start and type "Troubleshoot", then select the first results. Scroll down and choose Hardware and Devices. This might fix the issue.

Otherwise, manually reinstall the drivers from the Logitech website. It's possible the drivers you have installed for the Webcam aren't up to date with the latest version of Windows 10.

Here's a download link for the latest drivers:

    Hope this helps.

To troubleshoot your USB webcam, start by checking the connections to ensure it's securely plugged into a USB port, and try using a different port if needed. Open the Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and look for "Imaging devices" to see if your webcam is listed; if there's a yellow exclamation mark, it may indicate a driver issue. Right-click on the webcam and select "Update driver," then choose "Search automatically for updated driver software." Test the webcam in various applications like Skype, Zoom, or the Camera app to see if it works there. Also, check your privacy settings by going to Settings > Privacy > Camera to ensure that apps are allowed to access the camera. If the webcam still doesn't function, try uninstalling it in Device Manager and then unplugging and replugging the device to allow it to reinstall. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask!
