How do I fix my acer screen glitch in KG272 S monitor

My monitor glitches and displays glitching black bars on the top part of the monitor. Below the glitchy bars, the frame rate seems much lower but does vary on how low and above showing a smooth and correct frame rate. I had this problem before and the result of it was that I was using more hz than the monitor could handle and it slowly got more noticeable/ worse when the bars first did appear it disappeared relatively fast but the monitor showed the bars more and more overtime and the frame rate (at the bottom part) worsened. However, after putting it back on 120 hz instead of 144hz it was fixed immediately as the monitor's hz limit I believe is 120. This is not the same issue as I have not changed its hz but the bars appeared again for 120 hz and 119.88 only when I go down in Hurtz once more (75hz) does it shortstop. The monitor I'm talking about is a KG272 S and I have a second monitor too(that is fine and isn't a car). I believe this may be a result of accidentally overclocking the monitor and now worsened over time despite fixing it. I do not want to have to stay on 75 hz, so is there a way to fix this issue?

I took a photo of my monitor using my phone and is more clear irl.

Above the bars has the desired frame rate but below it is laggy. When it is bad (8fps I imagine) it a delayed version of what is above it
