I have the same issue. Driver is stuck on "Please Connet to Device" plug-in USB-C to USB-A and HDMI cable, but I plugged in both cables and its not able to detect that.

My laptop is a Predator Helios PH317-54

Disable fast startup in Control Panel power button app. Then shutdown Windows normally. Plug in all cables. Then turn machine on and try to install again.

So I was told that I would be able to install True Game on my Spatial Labs View Pro model, I was told that by Acer Customer Support so I ordered the Pro model. I paid like 300 GBP extra, and now I found out Spatial Labs User Experience Pro doesnt come with True Game.

How do I install the True Game app as well?

Search Windows start menu 'spatial'. What appears near the top of the menu?

Have you tried installing the Aug 2024 Win11 experience center update yet from this link ? Make sure you have enough free space for creating a restore point just in case.

I literally cannot install the one that you linked me because it for the SpatialLabs laptop. I get an error: Incompatible Device.

I own the SpatialLabs View Pro 15'6 inch monitor.
