Hi, disable AcerSense in Windows Services it does not work well with Windows update, if you have the latest BIOS version already don't update. Make sure Windows11 is up to date, version 22631.4249 and enable Optional Updates in Windows "Check for Updates" Advanced settings, Windows11 will offer firmware and driver updates before these are released on Acer Support.

Just some additional advice and good practice that you should adopt, only install the Acer exact Swift bios and firmware drivers that Acer has for your Swift laptop do not install anything else as it could brick or damage your laptop👍

Acersense is a by default app from acer, it provides update specific to my model, but as you said i will consider windows update prior to Acersense, thanks man

Actually, it's likely best to just run the update using a downloaded BIOS from the Acer support site. Though Acer Sense is pretty useful at times, some of the revisions of it do seem to have issues with pushing a BIOS update.

Make sure that the power adapter is plugged in. The BIOS update will terminate itself if the laptop is running on battery power.
