    Do you need the snid?

  • It is not necessary and you should not write it here publicly, but you can try it with the snid:
The generic page for your model is the following:

This is the driver you need to reinstall, select Windows 11:

    All the best.

Thanks for quick reply, Can i install this in safe mode?

  • Yes, it should be the same one, searching for snid usually gives the same result although sometimes it can offer a more recent update, although I have never had that case.

  • In theory no, since you download the file locally, what does the error say?

This is the error i get, shall i send you the log file?

  • Have you had Windows 11 installed for a while or have you recently upgraded from Windows 10?

Read the View Log Files in case it shows more information.

Please check if any errors appear in the device manager - bus controller.

  • It seems that you cannot connect to the server, I understand that it is Intel, it is possible that as you already mentioned, an Internet connection is necessary, but it is something I do not know, sorry, try installing with a connection.

Thanks.. if i want to do a factory restore what do i need to do please?

  • In that case apply the method suggested by Acer, this will work as long as the Acer recovery partition exists and is not damaged:

    Hi Mdsouza,

If your USB ports only work in safe mode, it could be a driver issue. Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Update USB Drivers: Go to Device Manager, find your USB drivers, and update them.
    2. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your system is fully updated.
    3. Uninstall USB Drivers: In Device Manager, uninstall the USB drivers, then restart your PC to reinstall them automatically.
    4. Disable Fast Startup: Sometimes this feature causes issues. Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do, and uncheck "Turn on fast startup."

If these steps don’t work, let me know!

    Best,
