That post was just the lead in to a spam posting, the spammers have learned that if they generate two posts where the spam post is in answer to the question, it stays around longer since it's harder to automatically sense. They haven't typically gotten sophisticated enough to generate questions on an appropriate topic, so they just use generic AI Q&A for the two posts.
